Logo: TSM corporationLeadership Challange Program (LCP) aimed at middle and senior managers and provides the individual participant a unique personal insight into how he is as a person and how these properties can be exploited in areas such as:

  • Change Management
  • Conflict Mangement
  • Decisions

After more than 200 courses completed (3000 + participants / average score: 4.9 by 5.0), says 95% of participants after 1 year that they are still using what they have learned!

 

LCP is done in Norwayu as a cooperation between TSM, KEAR(no) og APROPOS.
